Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. NO Saturday shipping. Orders placed before 12pm will start to process same day. All hair is shipped USPS, tracking #s will be sent to email address providence order is shipped.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted if package is unopened and undamaged. Meaning hair has not been tampered with in ANY way. Once inspected a refund will be issued to CC used to purchase order.
